auDA is pleased to announce the release of its Events and Community Activities strategy for 2019-2020.
You can download the strategy here: auDA Events and Community Activities Strategy
The purpose of this strategy is to allow auDA to expand its stakeholder network by engaging with key audiences to ensure that the organisation is representative of the Australian internet community.
Community Event Grants
Included in the strategy are details of a new grant program for community events.
The aim of the Community Event Grant program is to support relevant digital industry events, both emerging and established, with financial assistance.
Applicants for community event grants will be able to receive up to $10,000 per event.
To apply for a grant, organisers will need to submit a written application for their event outlining the event’s activities, objectives and how the auDA contribution will be used.
Applications for grants are now open and will be assessed by the General Advisory Standing Committee (GASC) against the objectives of auDA’s Events and Community Activities Strategy.
Expressions of interest in the Community Events Grants can be submitted via the GASC Submission form.
Details of the program can be found in the strategy document.
